How We Did It?

We began our preparations a week in advance to ensure the smooth running of our work.
Our decorators reached the venue early that day to make this place and event impactful.

We used elegant red and golden nets, marigold garlands, and dim warm lighting to create a traditional and peaceful aura.

The epicenter of the event — a beautifully decorated stage where the recitation of the Sundar Kaand Path was to be held — was graced with a large portrait of Lord Hanuman Ji, fresh flowers, brass diyas, and from their responses, the guests could feel the spiritual ambiance very well.

Our sound and lighting team made sure that every verse of the Sundar Kaand reached clearly across the venue without fading or distortions.

During the Hanuman Chalisa and Aarti, synchronized lighting effects gave it such a mesmerizing view, building up a surrounding that felt truly divine.

Their soulful performances of “Pawan Putra Hanuman”, “Bajrang Bali Ki Jai”, and many such bhajans charged the night with an unmatched energy.
The surrounding became interactive and the crowd joined in — clapping and chanting in sync — it was devotion being witnessed at its purest form.
