Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Devijagran.com, we value your time, trust, and devotion. We aim to provide clear and fair refund and cancellation terms for our clients.

1. Booking Confirmation

All event bookings are confirmed after a discussion and receipt of a booking advance. The advance ensures allocation of artists, event planning, and technical preparation.

2. Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel your booking:

  • 7 days or more before the event: 75% of the advance will be refunded
  • 3 to 6 days before the event: 50% refund of the advance
  • Less than 3 days: No refund, as arrangements and resources would have already been committed

3. Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. No additional fee will be charged if notified at least 72 hours in advance.

4. Cancellation by Devijagran.com

In rare cases where we are forced to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disaster, unforeseen emergencies, etc.), we will offer:

  • A full refund of the advance, or
  • Rescheduling the event to a mutually agreed future date

5. Non-Refundable Items

Costs related to venue bookings, travel, decoration or outsourced services once confirmed may be non-refundable depending on the vendor policies.
