2. Booking and Payment

• All event bookings require an advance payment to secure the date and initiate planning.
• Final event cost will be discussed based on event type, location, equipment, and performers.
• Remaining balance must be paid on or before the event date.
• Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, UPI, or other approved digital methods.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a 75% refund of the advance.
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable.
• In case of rescheduling, we require at least 72 hours’ notice (subject to availability).

4. Service Commitment

We strive to deliver high-quality, punctual, and spiritually enriching events. However, Devijagran.com is not responsible for:

• Any delays caused by external factors like traffic, weather, or venue restrictions.
• Failures due to incorrect client-provided information or last-minute venue changes.
• Technical or equipment malfunction beyond our control (though we take precautions to avoid this).

5. Client Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event details (venue address, time, type of event, etc.).
• Ensure safety and accessibility at the venue for our team and equipment.
• Obtain any permissions (e.g., from local authorities or venue owners) if needed.

6. Copyright and Content

All content on our website, including text, images, videos, and branding, is the property of Devijagran.com. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Devijagran.com shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays or failures.
• Emotional, religious, or spiritual interpretations differing from the client’s expectations.

We will, however, always do our best to ensure a respectful, professional, and meaningful experience.
